Terms and conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of calcuera.com and to any order you place with us. Please read them before you order. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. About us
Calcuera is run by Brad Cracknell, trading as Calcuera, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
Address: Flat 1, Villiers Court, Southsea, PO5 3PU, United Kingdom
Email: hello@calcuera.com
2. Using our site
- You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You must not misuse our site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.
- All content on our site, including our name, logos, designs, photography and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without our written permission.
- We try to keep our site accurate and available, but we may change or suspend it at any time. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the finished product.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
- If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before your order is dispatched and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Discount codes and offers can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say so, and are subject to any terms shown with them.
4. Your order
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we send that confirmation. If we can't fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
You can cancel or change your order free of charge while it's still showing as changeable on our Manage your order page, before it goes into production or is dispatched.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and timings are set out on our Delivery page. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us, or to a person or safe place you've nominated.
6. Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
If you're a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. If your order arrives in separate parcels, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one.
To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends, using our Manage your order page or by emailing hello@calcuera.com. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you're cancelling. Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, you pay the cost of returning it. We'll refund the price you paid and our standard delivery charge (if you chose a faster, more expensive delivery option, we only refund the cost of standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing us proof you've returned them, whichever is sooner. We'll use the payment method you originally used.
You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check them. If they come back worn, washed or damaged beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
The right to cancel doesn't apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as custom club kit.
Our Returns and refunds policy gives you longer than the legal minimum: you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

7. Faulty items and your legal rights
We're required by law to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something isn't right, you're entitled to a refund if you tell us within 30 days of delivery. After that, you're entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that doesn't fix it, a refund or price reduction. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, and not following the care instructions aren't faults. For more detail, see Citizens Advice.
8. The Calcuera Club
- Club members earn points on eligible purchases at the rate shown on our Calcuera Club page. Points are added once an order is completed and are removed if the order is cancelled, returned or refunded.
- Points can be redeemed for store credit as shown on the Club page. Points and store credit have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
- We may change or end the Club, or its rewards, by giving reasonable notice on our site. Any points you've already earned will remain redeemable for at least 30 days after notice is given.
- We may cancel points obtained through fraud or misuse of the programme.
9. Reviews
Reviews must be your own genuine experience of a product you've bought or used. We don't pay for positive reviews, and we don't remove or hide reviews because they're negative. We may remove reviews that are offensive, unlawful, not about the product, or not genuine.
10. Our liability to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for domestic and private use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
11. Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If that happens, we'll let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. If there's a risk of a substantial delay, you can cancel and receive a refund for anything you've paid for but not received.
12. Complaints and disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us at hello@calcuera.com and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the country where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
